The goal of Instructor Summit is to provide learning tools to support new and legacy instructors. Based on a series of on and off-track workshops, Instructor Summit is a purposely designed resource where ideas, experiences and learning can take place. Instructor summit is your launching pad for new instructor development while the Instructor Candidate is still in a DE program. (This is called Phase 1). Phase 2 is your actual Instructor school, clinic or ITS (this is similar/same to the MSF Level 2 Cert). Phase 3 is when an instructor is certified.
Any new or aspiring Instructor may attend. Any driver may attend. The program is geared toward Instructor development however all discussed concepts will help the non-instructing driver as well.
